That depends on the types of tabs and the code used to make them work.

For instance if you wanted to create a template that had a tab at the top that references a section of a listing, let's say "Shipping", Then you could put in the code behind the "tab" that makes the page scroll down to that particular corresponding section. This is doable on our site.

If you wanted to create a tab feature that references, let's say a table that is hidden, and you have javascript as the code that makes it function. Then the answer depends on how good you are at javascript and if you can get it to work on ebay.
