Taking Too Long to Link to Store

Hi There,

I know this topic has been discussed before, but I can't find any clear answer. I've been running Auctiva auctions for about a week now and have checked this many, many times, so I know it's not just a temporary glitch. If I click on the link to my store within a listing, it takes 2 full minutes to load. I have timed it and am not exaggerating. I have DSL. This is way too long to expect any customer to wait for a link to load. So it is neither helping sales nor the impression that Auctiva is giving to the public. Can anything be done about this? It would help sellers and Auctiva alike.
