I just visited your Auctiva store at http://store.auctiva.com/wjoycem, and the store page loaded almost instantaneously so, unless this is an intermittent problem that happens to not be occurring right now, I'm more inclined to believe this issue is associated with your internet connection as opposed to a problem with our system. Perhaps some others will come along and corroborate my experience.

Since we are not receiving similar reports from other customers and we are unable to reproduce the behavior you are describing, I recommend contacting your ISP and see if they can diagnose why it is taking your Auctiva store page so long to load on your machine.
