Template heading don't appear

Hi there,
I have a problem in using the auctiva templates.
Only the Description heading is appearing and not the others (shipping, terms of sales,etc...)
Can anybody help me?
I also would like to know how to make some changes on the heading. I know they are usually an Auctiva hosted .GIF image and you need to make Custom Template from the original and replace the .GIF image but I don't know how to do it.
