Reply to "Template looks WAY TOO BIG in IE (okay in Firefox)"

I'm very relieved to hear that it looks good from your end (hopefully for most people it looks fine). But I have looked at it on two different computers and it is about 1 1/2 times as wide as the screen (I have to scroll horizontally to see it). Why would cookies matter in this case?
