template matching store window

I am having difficulty figuring out the matching template store window. Specifically, the directions are a bit confusing for me.

On the one page lister I have the box checked for match store window to template.

In the edit store window page, what SPECIFICALLY do you check? "matching store window to template", "custom colors", "auctiva default colors"? All three? One or two choices?

Use template-matching Store Window

Use Theme:

Grays Blues 1 Blues 2 Blues & Beige
Auctiva Default Colors Red & Pink Oranges Greens

Use Custom Colors
