Edit: Looks like you removed the template as it's now just a plain text listing. You could use the HTML export on the Saved Listing and copy - paste the code to www.practiceboard.com and post back the link.

Edit2: I should add that one cause of the problem (that I've seen) is use of copy - paste of code into the description box editor without using the editor's paste tools (on the toolbar). Using the toolbar tools actually adds correct formatting during the paste. It's also imperative to use the Paste for any Word code, as Word code isn't fully compatible with HTML code and will cause page corruption.
