Danno..thanks, I think I understand. When I copy paste from Word, first I click the Word icon in Auctiva's toolbar. I get a (2) question boxes asking permission to paste from my clipboard....I click yes. Then, I make adjustments like bold, etc to the pasted description. So, you're saying I'm corrupting the template when I do this even though I use the Word Doc Icon on Auctiva? Should I paste description first, then edit, THEN add template?
