Reply to "templates dissappear after a few days"

Hi,

Define "disappear"?

Are they disappearing from Saved Lisings, Active Listings (meaning the code was deleted at eBay), or something else?

When they were checked with Preview, was that from within the Listing editor, or the Preview Icon on the Saved Listings page? If it was from within the Listing editor, is it possible that a SAVE of the listing failed to account for the loss?

Are these Auctiva stock templates or Custom templates? If they are stock templates, which ones?
