I can only think of two possibilities:

1. The template code didn't SAVE and wasn't in the submission. A check of the original saved listing might help determine if it didn't save. A run-down (step by step) of the procedure you are using to create, save, and submit each listing might reveal the cause.

2. Update was made after the submission to remove all of the code at eBay, e.g. someone hacked your account and removed the code. No revision or revision date is showing, so that possibility seems low. However, there are absolutely no traces of the template. Even the copyright info (comment code) for the template is gone.

I would suggest opening a Support Case, so Auctiva can begin an investigation. They may have logs they keep to determine what happened for each event.
