Hi Mel - The hundreds of free templates that you accessed through the listing page are LISTING templates only and thus cannot be applied to the store. There are about 12 basic store templates, several of which you can select a variety of colors in the dropdown menus. Sorry if you were confused, hope it doesn't discourage you from using this great web site.
