thank-you Auctiva for listening re: outages

Thank you Auctiva for not only giving us a lot of notice, I first saw it last week I believe in an email, and also starting the outage at 10:PM.

I, in the past, have been critical and still feel when I was it was accurate (but then all of us feel that way when we have issues) so I wanted to acknowledge that I also notice when you listen
