that Phase 2 survey

I tried to go take the Phase 2 survey but that site is telling me I need to enable cookies. If I don't have to log in whenever I surf to these forums then I've got cookies enabled, yes?

On top of that, they give directions for enabling cookies but only in IE or Netscape (I'm using Firefox).

Any ideas?
