Reply to "the position of my scrolling gallery is not showing up correct"

Hi xiaotian shi,

When the scrolling gallery is appended to your eBay listings, it will show up above your descriptions by default. If the scrolling gallery is appended to an item that has already received a bid or is ending in less than 12 hours, however, the scrolling gallery will be added to the bottom of the description because eBay will no longer allow the existing description to be revised at that point.

Since the scrolling gallery is not visible in item # 260220113426, I suspect it was removed when the listing was revised or that the gallery was never added for some reason. If you encounter this problem in the future, please contact our customer support team and they can run a command to add the scrolling gallery to any listings from which it is missing.

I'm not entirely sure why the scrolling gallery is showing up on the side of item # 260220128560. There must be some strange attribute of your description HTML that caused the scrolling gallery to show up there when the scrolling gallery HTML was placed above your existing description HTML. I've seen similar things happen before, but very infrequently.
