Reply to "There is an error in the digital signature"

Hello again,

This issue should be resolved now but it is possible some users may still see this warning due to a Java caching issue. If you are still seeing that warning, you should be able to get it to go away by clearing your Java cache using the instructions on the following site:

http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml

Once you have followed those instructions, you will need to close and reopen your web browser to ensure the new Java control is loaded. Please feel free to contact our customer support team if you continue to see the warning after doing so.
