I am not sure if this can help or not, I just want the problem fixed. In my listings, the scrolling gallery and pics placed by auctiva are blank, but all of the scrolling gallery and pics I added through Vendio using HTML are still working just fine.
I am a bit of an overkill buff, so I have 3 scrolling galleries on each of my listings for cross promotion purposes. THe two that I added on with Vendio at least give my buyers a chance to view 1 picture for each item. I believe that it is not nearly enough, I like my users to be well informed on what they purchase from me, but at least they have some kind of visual to put with my descriptions.
I have only been using vendio for about 2 weeks in conjunction with auctiva, but it appears that it may save me from a complete fall out and total loss. It might be benifitial for some to start using this sort of combination, it seems to work well for me. Anyway, I hope the problem is resolved soon, and good luck to all.
