Thrd time trying to ask a question!!!

WHY? As I click on a button such as "save" while listing, the page moves to another section and I have to scroll to where I was and re-click the button.
This message has clicked back to the start page twice- 3rd time's a charm, right? And no, I won't be staying. This is ridiculous.
