In order for images in the description to also show at the top of the listing, you just need to select the checkbox "Enable Optional eBay Gallery Images" when creating your listing and the first 12 of your images will appear in the header. Easy peasy!

Not sure if that will affect Cassini search results, I don't think it looks for images, just keywords in the description. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong about that.
