Hi itsjustme,

We are still looking into whether we will be able to restore the thumbnail images that were not generated due to this issue. The measures we have tried so far have not been successful and there is a possibility we will not be able to generate them.

We will be following up on any support cases we have on file about the issue once we have confirmed whether we will be able to do anything to generate those missing thumbnails.
