Hi itsjustme,

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment, but that is to be expected because we were never able to get the thumbnails that were not generated due to this issue created as we had hoped. You may see more of your 30 day listings that were posted within that time frame show the same behavior over the next couple days as well.

However, the root cause of the problem was fixed so you should not see this behavior with any of your closed listings that were posted OUTSIDE the time period of 8/1/10 - 8/3/10.

If you see this behavior with any listings that were posted outside that time frame, please let us know by contacting our customer support team and we will look into that further.
