Reply to "Time (GMT) in settings different to scheduled display"

I just listed some items today and for the first time scheduled them.
The first one should have scheduled for 3.30 this afternoon GMT time, but it's nowhere to be seen, not even in my saved listings.
It's vanished into thin air.
it was definetly submitted and said would be scheduled.

The second one worked, but it said 4.00 am ish PST, and only listed at 7.20 uk time.
Shouldn't it have listed at 12 o clock uk time?
I'm puzzled now.
