If the buyer requests it, the seller can accept a check or money order. The seller just can't say that they will accept them.

And with the buyer protection through Paypal - that is BS! All a seller has to do is empty out his Paypal and closed his bank account attached. Paypal won't give up any of THEIR money for the buyer's protection.
