TITLE NOT CHANGING ON LISTING TEMPLATE

I am having a problem I don't know if anyone else is having. I hit sell similar in saved listings and when i do the title it doesn't always change on the template title. So i end up with one title on the heading and another entirely different title on the template. I didn't catch that it was doing it right away so some of the listings got through to ebay. It doesn't do it on all of my listings. I also have problems sometimes when master details is not clickable. I then have to save the listing, then hit continue editing listing and its there so i can click it. it seems like you have to keep your eyes open on every part of the listing page anymore.
