Too many Description Tags in template?

HI There,
I am trying to use a template I customised in Macromedia Dreamweaver to create a custom Auctiva template. My problem is I get an error message when trying to preview the template.
This says that I am only allowed 1 description tag. So, I must have more in the html coding. Would anyone be able to tell me where I'm going wrong? Am getting thoroughly frustrated with tweaking it and getting nowhere.
