Hi,

We will eventually be fixing this particular little problem in our phase 2 plan (scheduled for lat Spring of next year). The reason it does this is that in order to mark things as Paid on eBay we need to have certain information about the transaction like the shipping service and payment method, which we don't have when buyers don't go through checkout. So basically unless we have that info you'd end up with items marked paid in our site that don't match what eBay's status of the sale is.
