I see that you have three pages of transactions. Are you filtering to only show items from a specific folder? Hmm.

Try changing the "Items/Page" setting from the default of 25 to 100.

I'm not sure why you're not seeing all of your transactions. Any other info you can give might help us find out what the problem is. What item # are you trying to find?

Maybe try using the "Find" feature using the item number. It's in the upper right of the page.
