trouble creating listings

I'm new to Auctiva & am still learning the process.
When I create a listing, or go in to change it, I don't always get a response when I clink on a link such as images, preview, etc.
Sometimes the process is a snap, othertimes I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle.
I love the whole concept of Auctiva and want to continue using it, but need help to ease my frustrations. Please!!!!
