Reply to "Trouble filing a support request"

Thanks Rick, but I actually managed to get through to Auctiva this afternoon so am awaiting a reply.. Their site was having maintenance this afternoon when I logged on and it had a link to their support page which I clicked and it went through...So I have told them the problem about my photo's not showing up in my Auctiva Store so hopefully someone will get back to me and let me know... Thanks heaps for your help, really appreciated..
