Hiya, I can understand the frustration you are feeling. I, too, am unable to post and have been having this trouble since yesterday. I personally don't know of any other sites that offer this service, although I'm sure some exist.
I don't think that we'll be charged by ebay for listings that failed to post. If they don't post, how can we be charged? I actually reposted a couple yesterday and this morning, but they failed. Time will tell. I hope that the issue gets resolved today. I will be sticking with Auctiva though, because to me, the benefits far outweigh the negatives.
