tROUBLE WITH RETURN POLICY AND SCHEDULING

Noticed today while I was trying to schedule some listing's that I'm getting an error message from Auctiva as follows:
eBay listing failed to pass validation for the following reason:
The selected Return Policy is invalid. Please select either Returns Accepted or Returns Not Accepted

When you go to the returns accepted area of the lsiting template under Checkout Options there is no bax to check for the option??
I had al;readt set up our return policy with Ebay too.

Anyone else having this problem?
