Trouble with Revising Saved Listings...Brand New to Auctive..Pls Help!

I am brand new to Auctiva and LOVE the listing capabilities! I am trying to revise Saved listings to post them again to eBay. I expected them to look like they did when I originally listed them, but find huge discrepencies. Is this normal and do you need to almost start over and not trust that "Saved" is what was "Saved"? The following are a few of the major discrepencies.

1> No longer have PayPal checked
2> No longer have a template selected
3> Can't even figure out what has happened to the pictures
