Just so you know you are not alone...I am having similar problems. When I try to edit a 'saved' listing, very often the item specifics have disappeared, the shipping and handling section (where you can select your shipping and handling profile) is completely gone, and sometimes paypal is no longer selected. I went the rounds with customer support. I even sent them screen shots to show them the step-by-step process of what I was doing and what was happening. Their final answer? "We can't figure it out. Try using Firefox." Well, at least they did try!
