trying to do first listing

I keep finding how much I do not know about working in the world of computers. One of my problems is in regards to uploading pics. While working on the listing page I went through the steps to upload pics but did not see any thumbnails appear on the page at the area of the listing asking for pics or the gallery place either. Are they supposed to show as they do when I choose pics using ebay and some othere sites I have used already? I have clicked the save button and text appears saying the pics were uploaded, but I cannot see them on the listing or when I went to the images saved page. Please help so I can decide if I even want to continue with Auctiva.
