Turbo Lister & Pricing

Hi, I have some questions.

First of all, can I still "make" my pages in Turbo Lister and then upload them to EBAY? If I do that, will they automatically switch to Auctiva like my present listings did as soon as I signed up for Auctiva?

Secondly, When I watched the intro video to Auctiva, (which is really good, but the volume goes up and down on that, btw) I noted that there is a cost for lising to the gallery (ebay cost). I guess I don't understand how Auctiva is going to save me money if I still have to pay that? I'm sure I just missed something.
