Reply to "Turning back on the scrolling gallery"

Hi three_rivers_traders,

If you generated a new token for your Auctiva account before turning the scrolling gallery setting back on, the scrolling gallery would only automatically be added to new listings that you post after you enabled the setting. However, our customer support team can run a command on your account to add it to the others if you contact them to request.

On the other hand, if you enabled the scrolling gallery setting before generating your token, our system should automatically add the scrolling gallery to all your listings automatically as they are imported into your Auctiva account.
