Thanks for posting your question here. We do not currently have any functionality in place that would allow you to manage both of your eBay accounts through one Auctiva account so, in order to use Auctiva for both of your eBay accounts, you would need to open individual Auctiva accounts for each eBay account.

However, as long as your main Auctiva account is subscribed to at least our Unlimited Plan, we will likely be able to set up a special arrangement for you that will allow you to use your second Auctiva account at no additional charge.

If you would like to take us up on this offer, please contact us by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option and we will look into that for you. When you write in, just provide us with the usernames of both your account and let us know which one is already subscribed to the Unlimted Plan or above.
