Ubuntu user with image uploading issues. PLEASE HELP

Alright I am a new user and am having difficulty uploading in bulk through the "easy" Auctiva option. I successfully uploaded 8 pictures and then the rest are suddenly too large to upload and I cant find the plug in to use the Auctiva easy option to upload in bulk. Does anyone have any knowledge on this that can be of use to getting me started again. I would greatly appreciate it and dont want to cancel the account simply because I cant upload pics. Thanks everyone
