Thanks for contributing to our forum. Although we do not specifically support the Ubuntu operating system, I believe there must be something you can do that will allow you to upload images once again since you were able to upload some images successfully initially.

I reviewed the support case you filed with respect to this matter and noticed that you mentioned your images were failing to upload due to size issues, so you may just have to resize your images (or reduce the size of your batches) in order to upload them into Auctiva successfully.

As the representative who replied to your case mentioned, the Auctiva Uploader should be able to upload individual images that are up to 10 MB in size and batches that are up to 35 MB.
