Reply to "ughhh,computer shuts off each time I try to upload images"

Something similar happened to me a couple of weeks ago but only my browser would shut down, not my computer itself. Go to the help button at the top right if the page, scroll down a little and to the right there's a link to file a support request. They worked it out for me and they answer quickly
