Reply to "Unable to add description"

I know it's a cliche, but have you tried rebooting? I'd day clear your cache but if this is your first attempt at a listing I'm not sure that could be a problem.

Also, you might want to file a support request from the bottom of the Help page.

But hopefully someone else will come along with a solution..
