The reason you are receiving this error message is because eBay recently made a policy change that required media listings to offer at least one domestic shipping option that does not exceed $4.00. You can read more about this new policy on the following page: http://pages.ebay.com/sell/august2008update/maxshipping/

Based on the information available there, it sounds like the recommended solution for listings books that are extraordinarily large or lots of books is to use the calculated shipping option to charge the actual shipping costs based on the weight and size of the lot.
