Reply to "Unable to maximize Shipping on listing"

We have been experiencing some technical difficulties that have been affecting the lister page itself as well as posting and saving listings. Our engineers have made some adjustments which we believe has resolved the issue, however we suggest that you clear the cache of your browser prior to logging back in to your Auctiva account.

Please log out of your account, clear the cache of your browser and then log back in. If the difficulty persists, please let us know in a support case what occurs for you on the lister and we will look into it further.
