UNABLE to post listings

Is it just me and my computer, or is anyone else unable to post listings right now? When I chose "Post Now" it appears to be listing, but then fails. The error message says, "not posted in time". There is no difference between the listings I've created today and yesterday. They posted fine yesterday. The "error check" on the listing shows no problems. Is anyone else experiencing this? I cannot list at all right now. Thanks.
