I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing. I just reviewed your support case and, although a "Not Posted in Time" error is provided as the explanation of the posting failures related to this listing, we have since been able to determine that eBay's API actually returned the following error:
Internal error to the application.
This error message is indicative of a technical error on the eBay side of things but I have not seen any other similar errors today, so I suspect that the issue may be specific to a very small subset of listings or even just this listing.
Given that the same error has been returned so many times for the same listing, the only thing that comes to mind which may give the item a better chance of posting successfully would be to recreate it, either from scratch or by using the Create Similar option.
You could also potentially try waiting a while and attempting to post the same listing again if you do not need to get the item posted urgently.
I just replied to your support case with effectively the same information, but I was inclined to comment here as well in case you have not received that reply yet of this information is applicable to other sellers who may review this thread.
