Reply to "Unable to resolve "invalid token""

Hi eggoodwin you state " I have emailed Auctiva 4-5 times about this problem "Rather than emailing them you should file a support request at http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
for further reference support request is located at the bottom of the help page. I have no info to help you solve this either. I have never encountered this problem
