Hi BundleofJoy,

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing. To make your template work you will need to have either the [DESCRIPTION] tag or the [DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES] tag (use either one of these tags exactly how you see them in this message!)

I also recommend never switching between "Design View" and "Text Mode" because the editor does not handle this function well. What browser have you been using- Safari? If you continue to have problems I recommend that you use the latest version of Firefox to enter the code for your template.
