Unable to see or revise listing text once it posts on ebay.

Am I the only one who is having a problem revising a listing (with pleanty of time left and no bids) on ebay...the entire text is missing. Ebay support claims that the problem is with Auctiva and Auctiva claim the problem is with Ebay. Has anyone been able to get an answer or get around this problem? Could use any and all help...tired of waisting time on it.
