You just need to read. Like I posted on 11/13 (days ago) on the other discussion that you posted on:

"Just off the phone w/ ebay. They say this is a known issue and they are working on it (although not fast enough!). They say the "workaround" is to use Mozilla Firefox as your browser. I just tried it and it worked. You cannot revise in Internet Explorer."
