Unable to submit support request

SUPPORT - ARE YOU THERE? FYI: The "File a support request form" is useless as there is no button or link to submit it. Or am I not seeing right? My concern: My scrolling store window does not seem to be updating (understand this is to occur about every 2 hours). Auctions that were listed on the 15th and 16th are still not showing. Hopefully this glitch will be rectified before the weekend !!!
