Hi Jody,

I'm sorry to have been receiving these errors when uploading your images. I'm not aware of any technical problems on our side of things that would account for these errors but, given that your images are in a supported format and within the size limits, it sounds like there may be a connection problem preventing you from connecting to our image host.

I see that you already opened a support case about this issue and that we were able to upload some of the images you were having trouble with into your account from our side of things.

If this problem continues, please feel free to continue following up with us through your open support case and we will be happy to continue working with you on this.
